We are sure you will love your purchases from The Jewellers Lucan, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we will offer a refund or exchange on any online purchase

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in the exact condition you received them in.

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. The Jewellers Lucan does not accept liability for any damages during return transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and ensuring any returned items, and sending them back.

We will cover returns cost if the item is faulty when you receive it. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made. Refunds take up to 5 working days to be back on your card in Ireland. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please be aware that: All items must be unworn. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Returns will not be accepted if: Items appear to have been worn or have any signs of wear or tampering, or if items are not in a saleable condition.
